Role Purpose
As part of the newly formed Talent Management team, the P&C Specialist - Talent Operations is responsible for managing the LMS systems administration; learning and leadership cohort communications and coordination; all invoicing and contracting for talent management as well as maintain all materials on Karl (and other platforms) for the team; and support with any team events.
As P&C Specialist, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing all Talent Management contracts, SOWs and invoices, handling vendor queries, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Develop communications, job aids, and other materials in various formats, including the team's Karl pages, in support of all Talent Management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, to manage the production of online and in-person meetings, workshops, training, and events
- Manage learning and leadership cohort communications and coordination
- Design surveys to gather feedback on learning paths/programs; analyze data and summarize findings to assess effectiveness of programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage LMS administration, insights and data

Key metrics- Timely payment of all invoices- Accuracy and governance of all Talent Management Contracts and Statements of Work

People & Culture colleagues, Office of General Counsel, Finance, Administration Officers
Key external relationships
Outside vendors regarding contracts, statements of work, invoices; Wilson HCG (outsourced recruitment process partner)
Person Specification
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Educated to a degreelevel (or equivalent)
Essential:
- Experience in People and Culture, ideally in learning and development, talent management and/or organization development
- Proficient prior experience working with Microsoft tools for work, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with LMS, HRIS administration, or similar.
