Key point of contact for technology, business and support areas to help achieve business objectives. Perform data-driven analysis to help facilitate decision making

  • Responsible for creating senior management presentations such as periodic business reviews, all hands, town halls, among others.
  • Help communicate the business strategy, performance and priorities globally. Proactively and on request provide strategic analyses to facilitate business progression
  • Support unit heads through budgeting, forecasting and expense management process
  • Support the technology and product teams with annual investment plan, including preparing monthly financials and building multiyear business cases. Lead the process on cross LOB allocations, by suggesting methodologies and managing communications.
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in MS Office suite. Create wireframes and mockups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Be able to respond quickly to executive adhoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Ensure the business is in compliance with LOB and corporatewide objectives and policies
  • Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues across WP and Banking

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in technology, finance or business ; experience in a strategic or similar role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within Payment Industry
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
Intermediate knowledge of data transformation and visualization tools (eg:
Alteryx, Tableau, etc)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multitask and project management skills
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated and effective under pressure
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; team player
  • Understanding of Payments preferred
  • Ability to work well individually and partner effectively
  • Proactive and problemsolving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
  • Comfortable presenting to senior (ED/MD) audiences, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple competing priorities and deliverables
  • Selfmotivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
