    Job Responsibilities 1- Responsible for coordinating daily administrative work, including stationery, shuttle bus, canteen,medical and office coordination and management, summarizing and analyzing various administrative data, and implementing improvement measures;2- Responsible for formulating and supervising the implementation of administrative rules and regulations, ensuring the smooth implementation of various administrative systems and work;3- Provide good administrative services for the workplace and warehouse on-site to coordinate and improve the work efficiency of various departments;4- Properly handle all administrative-related work that requires cooperation with external units (including suppliers, government departments, etc.), manage contracts and expenses, and control compliance and costs;5- Complete other work tasks assigned by company leaders on time.

    Requirement1- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of administrative work experience and 2 years of team management experience;2- Strong writing skills and proficient use of office software;3- Good learning ability, strong stress resistance, outgoing personality, good at communicating with others, and strong service awareness.
