Job Activities:

  • Provide patient care and confirm scheduled appointments;
  • Guide new employees, assist in both internal and external patient care by clarifying doubts about costs, preparations, exams, insurance coverage, etc.;
  • Manage shift schedules, control medical certificates, absences, and warnings; participate in training and refresher courses;
  • Instruct employees on the mandatory use of uniforms and proper attitude in customer service;
  • Set employee work schedules to optimize service flow and increase human resource productivity;
  • Evaluate service indicator (waiting time);
  • Assess new employees' performance;
  • Monitor team's personal and behavioral presentation;
  • Analyze movements;
  • Track service goals established by management;
  • Organize employees' workflow;
  • Address non-conformities by implementing improvement actions;
  • Review bills and forward them to the pre-billing department;
  • Contact insurance companies by phone;
  • Handle private payments, check the cash register, secure the money in the safe, and forward it to the manager; Request disciplinary measures and provide feedback on non-conformities;
  • Control, request materials, and manage the replenishment of questionnaires in the reception area;
  • Report systemic and operational issues to the appropriate authorities;
  • Fill out daily reports relevant to the reception area's operations;
  • Formalize complaints received from patients via the FLUIG system;
  • Cash closure and invoicing.

Requirements:

Complete higher education;
Prior experience in team management, Knowledge of insurance plans, Relationship with providers and suppliers.

$3,346.00 per month
