Governance / Process Management:

Own Global Forecast and EOL process(es)

Own Global Procurement process(es) and KB articles for the following:
Custom PC

ServiceNow Catalog Management

Dell Premier

Model mix execution - align with DTE for technical roadmap / testing

Own Global Asset Management process(es)

HAM Governance council member

Collaborate with HAM team on enterprise procedures

Drive efficiencies

Take on improvements that come out of PC forecasting project

Required Skills and Experiences:

8 or more years of IT related experience

ServiceNow tool experience

Process and organizational change management experience

Good communication skills

Ability to work and lead global teams

Desired Skills and Experiences:

Asset management certification

Procurement system / process experience (NextGen, Coupa, Guided Buy, etc.)

Financial management and/or budgeting experience

Project management experience

IT Hardware knowledge for model management

Service Level Management experience with managed service provider
