Boeing Brazil is seeking a Digital Portfolio Sales Director, reporting to the Senior Manager Latin America Sales.


Digital Portfolio Sales Director will be responsible for planning, developing and managing competitive sales campaigns for the Business Aviation market within the Latin and South America regions.

This position will be part of a growing team responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding awareness of Boeing digital solutions within the Latin America region.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Develops sales opportunities and drives sales campaign activities to successful completion by understanding customers' needs in a consultative manner. Crafts campaign specific strategies, secures and manages resources and management commitment to ensure successful execution.
  • Leads the sales campaign cycle from beginning to end, to include sales qualification and prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, quote and proposal generation, negotiations and obtaining customer commitments.
  • Supports regional gotomarket strategy working closely with BA Senior Manager for Latin America to achieve sales goals and targets and regional growth objectives.
  • Establishes, maintains and advances customer relationships and works to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer.
  • Develops a strong understanding of the BA Latin America customer market, to include customer needs and challenges, market trends and behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Develops a strong knowledge and understanding of the Boeing BA Digital solutions portfolio (ForeFlight and Jeppesen) and promotes the value of the BA Digital portfolio and partnership with customers.
  • Coordinates packaging of Boeing Digital solutions (ForeFlight and Jeppesen) and industry products and knowledge into complete solutions that meets customer needs.
  • Manages sales pipeline, opportunity management and sales reporting across assigned customer accounts; and assists in process improvements to drive operational efficiencies in the areas of lead generation, pipeline management, account planning and customer feedback.
  • Participates in regional trade shows, conferences, symposiums and customer engagement events to identify, qualify and develop sales leads and opportunities.
  • Partners and develops strong relationships across BA Global Sales, and sales support functionsSales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Development and Account Services teams.

Basic Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • In Depth experience in business capture, global sales and marketing.
  • In Depth experience in business aviation, particularly in the field of flight planning within operations or a support function.
  • Understanding of the Business Aviation market space.
  • A working understanding of the LAM/SAM market space, specifically in the Business Aviation arena.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish/Portuguese.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 35% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of the Business Aviation Latin America market.
  • Working knowledge of Jeppesen and Foreflight Enterprise Solutions as it relates to Business Aviation.
  • Experience in building relationships with executives and across multiple stakeholders within a customer organization.
  • Experience conducting market research and analysis, competitor analysis.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and foster communication across geographically separated teams.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese.
