Job Profile / Activities:

Incumbent will provide expertise on complex business, financial or managerial issues within a business unit or corporate environment.

Specific areas of responsibility could include but are not limited to:

Conduct US GAAP technical accounting research on various topics, summarize results and propose recommendations
Provide leadership for various complex US GAAP and SEC reporting matters
Collaborate with business partners and leaders from accounting and nonaccounting disciplines to analyze business issues
Provide leadership for 6 Sigma deep dives
Support local Brazil statutory reporting

Basic Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CRC is also required.

Experience:6-8 years of accounting experience in related area

Language:
Pre advanced English communication skills, both technical writing and speaking

Travel:
Not required

Behavioral skills:
Drive For Results, Trusted Advisor, and Business Acumen.

Must demonstrate high levels of initiative, leadership, good judgment, the ability to communicate effectively, a broad understanding of accounting business processes, process improvement.

Work time/Shift:
Administrative hours
