We are searching for the best talent for COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST to be in Brazil.

Purpose:

This person is also responsible for supporting area, in regards the Compliance Program elements.

This collaborator must focus on the maintenance of high HCC standards and bringing innovation through the development and organization of trainings, transaction approvals, provide metrics, monitoring, dashboards, business support, testing and other varied HCC functions.


You will be responsible for:


  • Be the point of contact to the business and R&D teams for reviewing local transactions, requests, and documentation to support the Implementation of regional strategy & plan aligning with the businesses and J&J Office of Compliance.
  • Assist in HCC reviews and approvals for critical interaction with Health Care Professionals & Government Officials, in the harmonization, validation, updating and improvements from HCC perspective of the events system an ongoing basis
  • Play an active role to harmonize regional policies and SOP's and customize education & training materials to reflect these requirements
  • Proactively identify changes needed in the governance and controls that provide compliance to the company and to accurate for assess the HCC risk mitigation
  • Assist in the oversight and the MAP management process fulfill with the detected risks related to the areas of support and report unplanned deviations and support the HCC Officer in handling daytoday inquiries, allegations, detection and enabling functions consulting
  • Build regional monitoring protocols and assist in execution
  • Actively participate in regional or crosssector projects/initiatives
  • Leverage HCC tools and implement metrics to be presented in the regional and local forums
  • Conduct HCC due diligence reviews for critical interaction with Health Care Professionals & Government Officials through third parties

Qualifications:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or health related.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, healthcare industry is desired (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and/or Consumer products).
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards is a benefit
  • Analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle issues in an open and constructive manner and to work consistently under time pressure
  • Consistent record in delivering results, selfstarter and skills to run complexity
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English and sophisticated in Spanish is required
  • Monitoring and data insights experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Excel skills, is a plus
  • Easily understanding and handle new systems, is a plus.
  • A Compliance certification will be considered but is not a requirement.
