The Head of Quality LATAM serves as contact point and ensures oversight on communication and documentation of internal and external compliance-related information including changes in regulations, new guidelines and guidance documents, and other information from regulatory authorities, industry trade associations etc.
to and from IACs.The incumbent will inform senior management on an ongoing basis about the compliance status at all IACs within LAM and will highlight timeline delays or resource constraints that could adversely impact compliance and will make proposals on how to overcome these constraints to fully comply with the regulatory standards in all countries.
In addition to assuring compliance with existing regulations, company policies and standards, the Head of Quality LATAM is responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that all IACs within LAM continues to meet regulations in an evolving regulatory environment while striving to meet business excellence goals.
The incumbent also provides overall direction to IACs to support technical, GxP ́s, data integrity and quality training program development, execution and documentation.
