Performance Analyst

Reports to:
Asset Manager
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and Control Operational KPI Dashboards of the Assets;
- Evaluate the Operational/Technical Performance;
- Lead actions with the O&M team to improve performance of Assets;
- Lead technical discussions with suppliers developing solutions for issues on the sites;
- Support the Asset Manager/Analyst with operational data and explanations for the AM reports;
- Deal with engineering team in technical discussions;
- Evaluate the maintenance routines and schedules in order to optimize the activities and generation.
- Support the AM team in the EPC/AM handover, specially on technical tasks;
SKILLS
- Focus on technical problems resolution;
- Ability to lead technical discussion with subcontractors/suppliers;
- Ability evaluate the cost x Benefit of activities in field;
- Owner Mindset;
- Technical proficiency to evaluate technical proposes from the suppliers;
