Job Summary

We are seeking for an Learning Analyst who will be responsible for the development of content in educational objects following predefined methodology and strategy.

Main Activities:

Develop training content
Analyze the technical information necessary for the development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor
Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing passed
Develop support materials such as: lesson plans, handouts, instructor manual, learning assessment tools and test questions
Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a video editor
Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere and After Effects
Ability with image manipulation, vectors and diagramming
Education in Design or related areas (Cinema and TV, Visual Communication, Advertising etc.)
