The Business Analyst's key function is to work with internal and external clients to determine requirements and to define solutions to address complex business, process and systems problems, and improvements in the organisation.

They act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.

Estamos à procura de um profissional de nível senior para fazer parte do time de aplicações, participando da condução de processos, melhorias/projetos e alinhamento com a área de negócio.

Atuação nos módulos de venda e inventario.

Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?
Sua principal responsabilidade nesta função será fornecer suporte e soluções aos nossos clientes,

atuando na sustentação e projetos diversos voltados à tecnologia.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Responsabilidade funcional para analisar problemas de média e alta complexidade, realizando a condução e propondo soluções relacionadas à entrega;
Elaboração de documentos e manuais ferentes as soluções propostas e implementadas;
Atuação em incidentes, escalando e acompanhando chamados juntos aos parceiros;
Contribuir com conhecimento nas verticais de atuação e fazer recomendações para o desenvolvimento das nossas integrações e customizações.

O que esperamos que você possua?

Graduação na área de Tecnologia e afins;
Conhecimento em levantamento de processos de negócio;
Conhecimento em SQL e bancos de dados;
Conhecimento em integração de sistemas;
Desejável em Oracle EBS R12, Frente PTP ou OTC;
Desejável conhecimento em Gestão de projetos : Waterfall e Ágeis;
Desejável conhecimento Oracle Cloud;
Desejável Inglês avançado
