KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and close sales with new clients by telephone, achieving the assigned goals.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts and generate new clients.
- Follow up and control the invoices generated and the new contracts generated.
- Provide valueadded solutions in the company's products to create trust and respect with both internal and external customers.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding both individual and company objectives through customer retention and growth.
- Renewal of contracts and growth of existing accounts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed (Administrative / Economic Careers).
- Experience in SaaS.
- Assertive person, focused on results, with high listening skills, tolerant of frustration and dedication.
- Experience in managing Office, Salesforce a plus
- 3 to 5 years of telephone / digital sales experience in the finance, telco and / or mkt industries, selling B2B services
- Mastery of the commercial process (pipeline management, prospecting, loyalty and closure)
- Intermediate English (desirable)
