A completed Bachelor's Degree

  • Availability to work in shifts

Key job responsibilities

  • Defining the problem and building analytical frameworks to help the operations to streamline the process.
  • Will be responsible to manage the volume and capacity planning for the Sort Center, working in partnership with Supply Chain team
  • Identifying gaps in the existing process by analyzing data and liaising with relevant team(s) to plug it.
  • Analyze data and metrics and share update with the internal teams.
  • Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators to the FCs in support of network objectives.
  • Work with multiples cross functions teams to support and provide the correct metrics for the operation.

  • Working knowledge with SQL.
  • Experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data to drive root cause elimination and process improvements.
