A completed Bachelor's Degree

Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
Availability to work in shifts

This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and have the ability to learn quickly.

Key job responsibilities

Defining the problem and building analytical frameworks to help the operations to streamline the process.
Will be responsible to manage the volume and capacity planning for the Sort Center, working in partnership with Supply Chain team
Identifying gaps in the existing process by analyzing data and liaising with relevant team(s) to plug it.
Analyze data and metrics and share update with the internal teams.
Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators to the FCs in support of network objectives.
Work with multiples cross functions teams to support and provide the correct metrics for the operation.
