Role Summary:
Develop studies and complete analysis of low, medium and greater complexity, proposing improvements aiming to optimize the process variables, useful life of the materials to support production, equipment performance and maximize operational performance

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Monitor and define changes in the production process through the monitoring of process parameters ensuring that the production plan and meet the product specifications.
To assist the operation in their decision making (within your level of knowledge and scope) so as to maintain stable process to ensure the continuity of the production process.
To contribute in guiding operators and good operating practices in order to maximize operational performance.
Act on technical development and monitor the quality of project implementation by verifying compliance of norms, standards and procedures, in order that the needs and requests of the productive areas are met in full.
Work together with suppliers (within your level of knowledge and scope) in the development, implementation and monitoring of industrial tests aimed at optimizing inputs, operating expenses and productivity.
Assist in planning maintenance area, suggest changes in service schedules, propose alternatives proposed actions and monitor the quality of maintenance services in order that the equipment present expected performance.
To contribute and encourage the practice of safe work, through observation, guidance and planning, targeting the physical integrity of employees and prevent damage to the assets of the company. Conduct investigations of incidents, when necessary, to propose improvement actions and follow up actions to the nonrecurrence of incidents.
Check input costs, expenses and improvements through the area budget monitoring in order to optimize production costs and where appropriate suggest changes of values with the managers of the department.
Optimizing the production process, safety, environment, consumption of raw materials, quality and maintenance with performances based on process data analysis (within your level of complexity).
Monitor and analyze environmental impacts, through information and observations, seeking to maintain the environmental parameters within the established limits.
Comply with the rules, the requirements of quality management systems and safety standards of work inherent to the sector, and the use of PPE / EPC's (Personal Protective Equipment / collective protective equipment) when the activity so demand.
To develop other activities of the office or at the discretion of his immediate superior, since it enabled and are in accordance with their knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

A degree in the related job field.
Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
