This position is in Cargill's food ingredients and bio-industrial business, where we anticipate trends around taste, nutrition and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and foodservice companies.

Job Purpose and Impact

Lead the execution of the analytics and reporting initiative roadmap.
Provide leadership and direct the execution of information reporting and analytics strategies, policies and plans.

Leverage data and analytics techniques to identify and analyze business needs, identify requirements and define the scope and objectives to enable value opportunities.

Execute strategies that leverage data and analytics techniques to recommend solutions or improvements to business processes.
Provide leadership for the team and help to remove barriers and execute strategies that drive successful outcomes.

Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.

You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Master's degree in business administration, analytics, data science or management information systems
Solid experience on related work
People management experience
