As Planning Analyst, you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities:

  • Develop detailed schedules in MS-Project involving areas of Engineering, Procurement and Production/Mounting. Track and monitor critical paths in project meetings and others.
  • Provide inputs (detailed schedule and Scurves) for monthly progress reports for the client;
  • Supporting the Resource Planning and prioritization of activities of the Engineering departments between the different projects. Scheduling activities and tracking progress according to project needs and production, assembly and delivery priorities;
  • Hold weekly meetings to monitor the portfolio of project mounting components involving different departments, to ensure that engineering and supply deadlines are met, anticipate risks and propose corrective actions.
  • Support Sales, Engineering and other departments by performing projections and simulations to establish resource forecasts and schedules.

Qualifications/Qualificação:


  • Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related areas;
  • Required Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written);
  • Required advanced knowledge of Office Package (mainly Excel and Project);
  • Desirable knowledge in the area of Logistics;
  • Required previous experience with related activities;
  • Desirable knowledge of MS Project or similar software;
