  • Job Description
-
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS:

  • License management for Adobe, Vmware workstation Pro and other products
  • Software Distribution
  • Creation of Software Distribution Packages
  • Solution administration for desktop virtualization
  • Thirdlevel support for computerrelated issues
  • Monitor compliance with established deadlines for services provided by service providers under its responsibility, through the preparation and analysis of operational reports
  • Maintain standardized and updated processes in order to structure the environment to serve internal users, through mapping, diagnosis and review of processes
  • Carry out an audit of the services under your responsibility, continuously obtaining a sample that can be translated through satisfaction metrics and in accordance with the formatted and published processes

PERFORMANCE IN COMPLIANCE RELATED ACTIVITIES:


  • Monitor activities to mitigate vulnerabilities, risks and noncompliance with corporate policies and procedures

PERFORMANCE IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF DISASTER RECOVERY PLANS:

  • You are meant for this job if:
Bachelor's degree;

  • Up to 5 years of experience in the related field: support for corporate users to solve problems in the computing environment (Desktops, Laptops, printers, Workstation; Excellent Network knowledge (Lan Switches, TCP/IP);
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in project and service level management;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office package.
  • Additional Skills
Microsoft certified or compatible (Desirable).
