We are looking for a Senior Product Scrum Master based in Bangalore-IN

RESPONSABILITIES:

Collaborates with the customer, and act as the voice of the customer on the scrum team;
Creating stories, guiding the development team;
Developing a clear model of how the stories provide value to the customer;
Facilitate requirements gathering, story construction, backlog refinement, and prioritization;
Defines the sprint objectives in collaboration with the team;
Ensures that Stories are complete and accepted per the definition;
Manages the prioritization of work and the team's backlog according to the agreement;
Is accountable for Scrum ceremonies on the team;
Defines sprint plans within the program increment;
Works with the Architecture team to develop technical solutions;
Maintains change management expectations to the vision and product roadmap;
