    Será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:

    • Atuar em rotina de benefícios assegurando o perfeito cumprimento da legislação. Emissão e organização da documentação pertinente; Vale refeição
    • Previdência Privada, Assistência Médica, Assistência Odontologica, Vale Transporte, Auxilio Creche, Emprestimos e Atualização cadastral (admissão, desligamentos, afastamentos, transferencias)
    • Realizar a geração de arquivo de compra
    • Levar a cabo a solicitação de pagamento da fatura
    • Rateio da despesa
    • Gerar relatório das solicitações mensais
    • Submeter à aprovação
    • Inserir dados para processamento da folha

    Qualificações:

    • Experiência e conhecimento no sistema SAP HR - experiência atuando como usuário nesta ferramenta
    • Experiência e conhecimento em cálculo de férias
    • Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços)
    • Idioma: Inglês e/ou Espanhol
