Job Location(s): Osasco, BRDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative International Trade Analyst.

You will have the opportunity to become part of a thriving and motivated department, where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Tracking export/Import orders new and open
Requesting quotes for maritime and/or air shipments with one or more cargo agents
Conference and entry of expenses that make up the cost of import and export in OSGT/SAP systems.
Analysis of billed expenses pending payment
Daily follow up of the status of import and export shipments (confirm reservation, booking, shipment forecast, shipment confirmation, etc.)
Tests to implement improvements in SAP and OSGT systems
Act in accordance with the guidelines of the company's Ethics Manual and its Quality Policy

Background & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or similar, within Comex or alternatively have some years of experience in import and export environment is required.
Outstanding skills within communication, organization, analysis and negotiation.
Understand and respect cultural differences.
As a person you are proactive, selfmotivated and result oriented.
Committed team player with the ability to simplify things to secure effective and successful implementation of the initiatives you lead.
