Objective of the Position


Experienced and skilled Foreign Trade analyst with excellent and extensive end-to-end knowledge of Brazil import and export compliance and control processes and procedures.


Essential Actions:


  • Coordinates endtoend international shipments for imports & exports from the receipt of the purchase order until goods delivery at Sumaré Plant and/or to customer locations.
  • Customer Clearance process and broker management
  • Tax and Commodity Code (NCM) knowhow. TecWin user
  • Import License knowledge.
  • Fiscal and Legislation applied to Foreign Trade deep knowledge.
  • Product Cost estimation for imported and exported materials.
  • Service Providers Price Negotiation (Broker, Freight Forward, Warehousing, Carriers)
  • Handling of Trading Company based in Santa Catarina
  • Special Regimes or tax benefits knowhow such as Drawback, Ex-Tarifário and Lista Camex
  • Communicate daily with planning area on availability of materials for export.
  • Provides proactive customer service attendance to customers abroad and intercompany orders meeting deadlines in a quickly and efficiently way.
  • Supports customer inquiries, complaints, or any problems related to deliveries.
  • Prepare required documentation for all import/export activities.
  • SAP R/3 knowledge MM module
  • Master Data Maintenance
  • Payment approval for service providers
  • Track shipments (exports) / receipts (imports) and keep all stakeholders informed about status, risks and delays.
  • Work in close collaboration with Planning, Sales and Warehousing colleagues

Requirements:


  • Education: Preferred degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistic or related
  • Advanced Excel & Office tools mandatory.
  • SAP R/3 knowledge & experience
  • Experience 3 to 5 years in imports & exports
