Job description:
Ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and licensors.
Responsibilities:
Customer Success Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Communication with the manufacturing team to ensure customer requests are handled with quality.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and curate content for various social media platforms. Create and implement email marketing strategies and content.
Licensing Contract Management:
Oversee the licensing contracts of artwork in our portfolio, including monitoring expiry dates and arranging contract renewals
Portfolio Maintenance:
Maintain up-to-date records of licensing agreements and contracts for the artwork featured in our portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our portfolio reflects the latest artwork and complies with contractual obligations.
Website optimization:
Add, remove, sort puzzles as new puzzles are created, expired puzzles are removed, etc
Vendor Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for working with our suppliers/vendors. Cost/benefit analysis for features and purchase decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Excellent level of English is REQUIRED Analytics in excel/google sheets is REQUIRED 2-7 years of working professional experience preferred Proven experience in customer success, social media management, and supplier relationship management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
