We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer Strategy department.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help us support and analyze our operations across 1,200+ customers, including a wide range of sizes and verticals.
You will interface with leadership and individual contributors on our Customer Strategy team.REQUIREMENTS:

As a Customer Operations Specialist on our Customer Strategy team, you will:
Support the Customer Journey process by monitoring accounts' progress from stage to stage and communicating with the respective CS teams working on the accounts.
Coordinate meeting times with stakeholders to discuss accounts at prescribed intervalsCurate the agenda and communicate to stakeholders prior to scheduled customer journey-related meetingsCollect and organize account-level information for presentation during customer journey-related meetingsMaintain CRM records reflecting details discussed in meetings and next stepsFollow up with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of tasksBENEFITS:
