ROLE CONTRIBUTION:

Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for personnel mobilization/demobilization, considering the constraints of each project
Ensure that personnel documentation are ready in proper time visa, medicals, mandatory trainings, technical trainings, according to SBM and Client's requirements
Manage de POB/Forecast. Team allocation in the different projects
Issue PO for manning agencies, according to Installation Manager instructions
Followup PO x Agencies' invoices. Check BM, invoices, revise PO

ROLE REQUIREMNTS:

Completed or ongoing bachelor degree in administratives areas
Experienced professional with track record of similar Project Logistics Coordinator roles
Operational logistics work experience, involving the mobilization of personnel (from various departments within the company, client, and vendors, etc.)
Ability to react to and support operations with 24/7 support activity
Fluent in English
Experience with Office Package
