Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and communication strategies. To ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently. Share analysis, and insights on operational improvement providing information and suggestions on how processes can be optimized to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the area and organization with their leaders.
Ability to represent the area in training, internal and external meetings, data analysis, and the perception of the area's needs.
Support training teams in presentations and daily tasks.
Support the development of training materials including presentations, manuals, elearnings, SOPs and Educational Games
Support training sessions to employees, either in person or online.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements with their peers and leaders.
Support the creation of communication plans that support organizational goals and objectives.
Support the development of content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, and intranet (internal) webpages.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that communication strategies are aligned with organizational priorities.
Support the Creation and Review of educational video scripts.
Support collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large and complex data sets from multiples sources desirable
Support the identification of patterns, trends, and insights that can support business strategy and performance.
Support the development of datadriven recommendations for improving operational efficiency desirable.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategic plans based on data insights desirable.
Support the creation of visualizations and dashboards to help communicate data insights to stakeholders
Work closely with related departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Social Communication or any related field, or studying for one.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge, as well as Canva and other Creation/Communication Tools.
Advanced English.
