In this opportunity as _
Campaign Planning & Management _you will:


Responsibilities:


  • Share all the briefings with all segment teams and inputs specific requirements for Demand Gen Execution team
  • Drives innovation to take advantage of new features/ capabilities
  • Design endtoend journeys and multichannel campaigns (alwayson and full funnel campaigns) aligning to customer pain points and business priorities
  • Creates and drives omnichannel campaign plans in alignment with business priorities
  • Designs customer nurture journeys, onboarding and retention programs
  • Owns endtoend campaign operations
  • Develop marketing plans and manage media budgets to maximize effectiveness.
  • Develop internal and external media and creative briefs for campaigns, product launches, and other projects.
  • Work crossfunctionally with other marketing teams and other marketing partners to build the brand and deepen customer engagement.
  • Analyze and report
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors.
  • Leading and Supervising Campaign and Planning Team
  • Daytoday decision making upon strategies
  • Take responsibility for the management of the agency hours and the new build marketing
  • Department budget Management
  • Needs to work in a flexible setting with many reporting lines.
  • Execution of the brand new constructed strategy to allow for the objectives completion.

  • Good comprehension of the Principles of Marketing.
  • Channel Marketing.
  • 4+ years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working with large cross functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to work well with others, build trust within a team, and work effectively in a highly collaborative and global team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects (and associated stakeholders) simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C and eCommerce
  • Advanced English and Spanish
