Sales Support Associate (Hybrid)

What you'll be doing


The Sales Support Associate works closely with small and medium customers and sales reps and delivers value by providing proactive and reactive sales support.

Pre-Sales Administration and Transactions Coordination

  • Coordinates all presales activity for small
- and medium-sized customers

  • Collects complete and correct data upfront
  • Validates data for accuracy
  • Keeps systems uptodate with customer information and legal documents
  • Manages cases according to regional Case Management Guidelines
  • Oversees quote approval process
  • Assists with New Customer setup
  • Handles escalation between Sales Support and other internal groups
  • Operates in the optimized caseload range
  • Works on small projects in addition to an everyday role
Customer Engagement

  • Follows up with customers on required documents and missing information
  • Ensures Customer PO compliance
  • Follows up on orders
  • Assists with gathering preliminary QBR info
Complex Deal Support

  • Project manages singlecountry, large, complex deals
  • Contains all changes and keeps the quote and documents up to date
  • Engages crossfunctional teams to coordinate requirements against deadlines
Data Integrity

  • Handles Internal Service Tickets to resolve Credit and Billing issues
  • Executes Data corrections in Siebel based on the fallout report
  • Facilitates SFDC opportunity management by cleaning up opportunities based on guidelines
Process and Policy adoption and reinforcement

  • Trains Sales reps on new tools, processes, and policies
  • Delivers refresher training to address knowledge gaps
  • Communicates process improvements and enhancements to Sales Team

What we'll expect from you
Bachelor's degree

Required English intermediary level for Meetings and Customer Service, Sales Team, Internal Processes, and Phone Calls.


What will be the difference if you have
Spanish Fluent or Advanced
