Key Accountabilities:

Como estagiário em Recrutamento e Seleção, você irá auxiliar em todas as etapas do processo de contratação

Suas responsabilidades incluirão:

Triar currículos e realizar préentrevistas telefônicas;
Apoiar nas estratégias de Marca Empregadora / Employer Branding / Proposta de Valor;
Apoiar nas estratégias de D&I;
Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas do departamento;

Requirements:

Estar cursando Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas, com
formação prevista para Junho/Julho de 2025;
Ter interesse em processos de seleção de talentos;
Capacidade de comunicação em inglês e/ou espanhol serão considerados diferenciais.
