Job Purpose and Impact


Partner with the team to support complex end to end financial reporting activities for the business segment to ensure timely delivery of accurate generally accepted accounting principles and statutory financial data based on materiality levels defined for external and internal financial reporting.


Ensure that business segment financial statements are accurate, monitor and analyze certification of financial data at regional level and communicate key accounting matters to key stakeholders.


Integrate an effective system of internal controls for the business segment financial reporting, including control deficiencies identification and communication to key leader to resolve financial control deficiencies and monitor remediation of non-financial internal control deficiencies and risks.


Guide the team to ensure business processes and controls comply with finance minimums and measure the effectiveness of financial reporting controls at the business process level.

Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Ability to communicate, influence and build trust with partners at multiple levels in the organization.

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Knowledge and experience in local and USGAAP

Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications

Public Accountant

Experience in External or Internal Audit
