Main accountabilities:


  • Accelerate and consolidate the operation for Ecommerce, managing everything related with have the planning of the actions for market place, e commerce by client, negotiations, media purchase, budget execution;
  • Be responsible for the on line patient journey, use the information to get insights and make recommendations, course of actions and make decisions to optimize the results;
  • Lead the team to be data driven oriented, compose the information from internal and external sources to bring to the Brand team, commercial committee and other forums to assure oriented decision making;
  • Represent the online sales and B2B digital initiatives on all internal forums, secure the resources, present to the regional and international forums;
  • Assure the compliance of all the current and new initiatives and all the due diligence to B2B and B2C activities;
  • Manage the providers, assure due diligence, risk assessment and all administrative related to get the best partnerships and new opportunities.
  • Create and socialize and validate the forecast and input on the planning process for the brands and the commercial teams;
  • Coordinate with the Key Account Managers to assure the best service to the customers, solve issues and impulse NPS where possible;
  • Assure the deliver of positive experience to customers and patients, using tools such as UX, CX along with the Digital team.

Requirements:


  • Robust experience in Sales or Marketing areas;
  • Ecommerce experience, Digital marketing, Google Ads, CPA networks, targeting, retargeting flows are a nice to have;
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Business administration, Business economics or Marketing Bachelor's degree;
  • MBA optional;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Broad background in different sectors with a preference for previous FMCH Or FMCG experiences;
  • Proven handson experience with B2C, B2B, market place, trade marketing;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution & problemsolving skills in a global environment;
  • Strategic as well as pragmatic, with an ability to generate trust and build alliances across the business areas;
  • Ability to lead without authority in complex matrix organization managing a wide range of stakeholders.
