Role Purpose:

Drive the search for quality improvements and efficiencies and identify opportunities to reduce operating cost through process improvements and network design within region

Set and improve regional standards (best practises) that align to the global business improvement objectives

Drive consistent practices that are defined & rolled out across the region that align with the global approach

Be a change champion in the region for standardization and innovation

Support Sales Cycle, Business Development and Implementation of new customer opportunities


Requirements:


  • Degree and/or professional qualification
  • Working experience in an international logistics environment in transport and operations roles
  • Working experience of delivering complex projects and programs
  • English/ Spanish and Portuguese fluent required
Key Accountabilities

  • Support growth of the business by ensuring provision of consistently high performing cost base & service for new and existing customers
  • Work with other BPO's to develop the (aspirational) E2E operational standards for the LLP supply chain
  • Identify and Implement enhancements onto the network in region that aligns to global priorities, and support migration of operations towards more standardized practices and platforms
  • Deliver continuous Improvement, Cost Savings, First Choice and Quality, and own/drive global standardization across all vendors and, countries within the region
  • Lead and support customer and vendor workshops with regards to process improvement, transformation and innovation
  • Support regional and country network optimization studies for both warehouse and transportation activities for existing and potential LLP customers with the objective to optimize networks from a commercial and operational perspective
  • Lead and support customer and vendor workshops with regards to process improvement, transformation and innovation
  • Drive / Support Solution Design on network transformation studies where needed
  • Support and drive region to deliver on cost saving targets
  • Ensure customer solution design is in line with standard and define other process if applicable
  • Provide benchmarking to drive best in class process lead times within the operations
