THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
Inside Sales Analyst to our
Client Sales team in
São Paulo


This role is part of the SMB sales team, responsible for managing a large volume of new leads in different channels.

Our environment is dynamic and ever-changing. Our team is consultative and, at the same time, ready to achieve a short sales cycle.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, in a growing market and excited to welcome a new member who can change the game and take them to the next level.


YOUR IMPACT:


  • Deal with Inbound leads from small and medium businesses employees) with shortterm sales cycle;
  • Develop proposals for different companies, showing how our value proposition and our solution can help in each reality;
  • Manage a pipeline of highvolume opportunities;
  • Achieving and overcoming goals and challenges that the Client Sales team constantly faces in its routine, looking for better results.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Previous experience in B2B sales (SaaS sales is a plus);
  • Previous experience in qualifying inbound leads;
  • Experience in sales through Chat and Whatsapp channels is a plus;
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal;
  • Negotiation skills (knowledge of sales methodologies and closing techniques);
  • Multitasking to handle different channels;
  • Be organized and focused to manage a pipeline of highvolume opportunities;
  • Motivated by challenging goals;
  • Be resilient and persistent;
  • Want to be part of a dynamic and everchanging environment;
  • Goaloriented, ability to plan and deliver the targets received;
  • High spirit of teamwork;
  • Have strong match with Gympass values;
  • Previous experience in HubSpot and SalesForce is a plus;
