- Be the interface with the customer quality and safety teams
- Manage & plan project quality (incl
quality management milestones :
Gate Reviews, Audits, inspections, etc)
- Ensure the existence of a synchronized schedule of deliverables by the different "metiers"
- Report quality and safety alerts
- Control project deliverables compliance through inspections and audits to authorize presentation / delivery to Customer
- Manage Non Conformities and Safety Issues and animate problem solving during project execution phase
- Measure and improve Project quality performances
- Approve Project Safety Case (when no external Independent Safety Assessor is employed)
- Ensure the quality of the modifications made during the project
Qualifications & Experiences
- Audit Process
- Engineering Background with 5 yrs or more of experience in Railway industry (Knowledge about Standards EN 5012X)
- Good overall knowledge of Railway products and systems
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills
- Conflict Management and multitasking
- Customer Focus / Management skills
Mandatories
- Electric / Electronic / Automation Engineer
- Lead / Internal Auditor ISO 9001:201
- Languages: English and Spanish (fluent write and speak)
- Experience on Railways Systems
- Knowledge in Reliability, Availability and Maintenance
Desirable
- Project Management qualification
