DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with staff members across different functions and management team
Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within the budget where applicable
Develop spreadsheets, charts and process maps to document needs
Propose solutions, and orientation to improve working methods and systems faster
Collect and analyze data
Implement reports as required
Participant in the identification of business needs and definition of requirements for suppliers
Support in process mapping to optimize quality, delivery time, and costs
Support the development and implementation of the operation for other countries
Coordinate closely with respective departments such as 3PL, Legal, SPX, Finance, Tax, Product, CS, Listing, Payments, BI, etc, to implement improvements and define new processes
Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a solutionoriented approach to problemsolving
A dataminded approach to making decisions
