Job Description:


  • Lead the overall project management, cross functionally
  • Develop overall timelines for the project implementation, as well as support the development of detailed timelines by function.
  • Be able to strategize a cadenced project implementation with ambidextrous perspectives short term MVP for going to market on time and long term growth and improvements plans.
  • Be the guardian of the project roadmap for a successful implementation on time and flawlessly.
  • Keep the team engaged and focused on the broader group priorities.
  • Foster innovation into the project.
  • Be a sound voice of the project in front of leadership.
  • Lead the development of impressive and meaningful status presentations for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross functional meetings.
  • Anticipate and warn senior leadership of potential roadblocks, delays of targets to be missed way ahead of time.

For this position, it is mandatory to work in a hybrid regime (3x on site) in Brazil.

Additional Job Description:


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • When not native, Spanish or Portuguese as desirable additional language
  • PMO certification
  • Experience in complex project management is mandatory
  • Experience in luxury market will be a plus
