Atividades e responsabilidades:


  • Análise e estruturação de bases dos novos produtos e projetos Industriais;
  • Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de operações;
  • Gerenciamento de equipes, rotinas, sistemas e custos industriais;
  • Desenvolvimento, validação e execução de projetos industriais; Entrevistas e escolhas de principais parceiros de negócios e melhores sistemas;
  • Elaboração de diagnóstico holisticos e aprofundamento na área de operações e projetos industriais;
  • Construção de budget e capex industrial.

Competências profissionais:


  • Experiência de implantação de gestão de industrial;
  • Experiência de execução de gestão de projetos;
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em industrias (química/ alimento/ bens de consumo/ bebidas);
  • Formação em engenharias.

Qualificações:


  • Dinamico e comunicativo;
  • Boa capacidade analítica;
  • Pró atividade;
  • Iniciativa;
  • Foco em resultado;
