The IBM Internship Program - Blue Journey - aims to stimulate the professional development of students through practical experiences in the business areas, so that they acquire new knowledge and become qualified and differentiated professionals.


Areas:

Administrative, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, HR, Systems Development, Programming, Infrastructure, Support, Consulting, Sales Operations, Sales, Digital, Marketing, Communication, among others.


Locations:
São Paulo, Hortolândia, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia.


Prerequisites:

  • University students from the courses below
  • End of graduation from July 202
  • Desirable English
  • Availability to intern for at least 1 year and a half
  • 4 or 6 hours a day *Tip: Make this information clear on your resume.

Ex:
Current semester, training forecast and class schedule.

Administrative and other courses:

Administration, Accounting Sciences or Accounting, Economic Sciences, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Foreign Trade, Production Engineering, Statistics, International Relations and Secretarial.


Technology Courses:

Systems Analysis, Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering: Computing, Information, Software, Control and Automation, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, Business Management and Innovation, Management in Technology, Informatics, Mathematics, Networks, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology.


Marketing Courses:

Selection Process:

Curriculum evaluation:

At this stage, we evaluate your personal and academic development if it is compatible with the prerequisites of the Internship Program.


Complementary Form:

Through this form we want to get to know you a little better, you must fill in information about yourself.


Online Test:
You will take a test (English test) to assess some of your skill(s).

Group Dynamics:
Group challenge to discover new talents and place them in the best area of IBM.

Interview:
Chat with the manager who will be evaluating an opportunity in your area.
