Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Days of work:
Wednesday to Sunday
9am - 6pm
overtime is possible
Salary:
R$ R$30.00 per hour
