2. JOB DESCIRPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our Brazilian team and manage the day-to-day operations of the subsidiary.

3. MISSIONS

• Manage, implement and plan agricultural trials following Good Experimentation Practices (GEP), according to protocols/study plans, procedures.
• Analyze the research data and write the reports.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and establish relationships with organizations and local partners.

4. QUALIFICATIONS

• Agricultural engineer or equivalent, with proven experience in field experimentation and related data management.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Good planning, work organization, and project management.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Fluency in English or Spanish is required.

· Willingness to travel as needed.
