Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to Tax Manager, you will be responsible Assists in launching and checking the entry of goods invoices to verify taxes and inconsistencies, checks invoices and issues return invoices, performs tax bookkeeping, assists in the collection of documents to comply with inspections

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive the invoices and analyze the type of operation, tax code, taxation and comparison of invoice X order
Carry out the tax classification and entry of operations of entry and exit of goods, merchandise or resources, in accordance with the legislation and type of operation.
Have the autonomy to recognize and define whether or not a given operation can be accepted by the company.
Be aware of the movement of carriers mentioned in the tax document.
Control conference reports, control industrialization operations deadlines.
Know how to check refusals and returns, view the status of both nf-e and ct-e directly on the nfe Portal.
Issuance of rejected notes (entries) according to current legislation.
Analysis and bookkeeping of service notes
Have knowledge of tax withholding rules (federal, municipal) in tax documents.
