This position manages the Medium Wheel Loader Products for America South market.

It is accountable for the regional enterprise financial results, market share (share of market OPACC), velocity and quality of the product line.

Key job purpose is the primary in-region contact for GCI, CI services, Global Rental & Used, CBL and other partners organizations to ensure these organizations can maximize OPACC, PINS, work tool Sales, parts focus, CVAs and customer satisfaction.

This position is responsible for meeting annual sales & OPACC objectives, works with partners to establish and manage regional pricing, SV and go-to-market budgets


Responsibilities Typically Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Develop OIAs to Maximize OPACC in Region with specific problems to solve for the Leadership Tables.

Machine Allocation - determining where machines will be delivered to support business requirements and profitability.

Business planning
  • Working with Core Industries and within our team to establish budget and business targets such as sales variance spend, market share, capacity discussion for demand etc. this covers near term and long term goals several years out.

NPI (New Product Introduction) and NMI (New Market Introduction) readiness within region or from the plant
  • Establish and manage a plan for the phase of old product and the phase in of a new series. This involves on time NPI production at the facility and the management of PDC inventory of selling the old machines, making sure proper parts stocking is in place for the new product within region and supporting the various successful completion of the gate reviews.

Product Support

  • Responsible for achievement of 2MIS and 12 MIS targets, regional Field follow programs completion, DSN response, critical parts availability and overall field issues resolution, in order to assure customer fair value, satisfaction & loyalty.

Team leadership

  • This is a daily activity of coordinating, coaching, allocation resources, etcincluding S&OP, finished good inventory, EPC/FTO strategy; ensuring Product Availability is aligned with market needs. This position also champions resolution of customer facing commercial issues.

Basic Qualifications:


  • College or university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible jobrelated experience.
  • Strong business skills and Product/Application background
  • Excellent human relations and communications skills and diplomacy with peers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
  • English Advanced
  • Spanish Intermediate
  • Direct Dealer Operations Experience (Example: Field Rep)
  • Prior Supervisory Experience
  • Spanish Advanced
