What you will do
Your most important task is to work with supplier development. The key is building long lasting relations through customer focus, great communication and coaching.

As an SRM you are responsible for:

  • Continuous improvement of suppliers
  • Managing crisis situations
  • Proactive and preventive development
  • Engage in local, regional and global networks
  • Process development and digital driven mindset

  • Relevant education and working experience
  • Understanding of supply chain logistics
  • Experience in working with Continuous improvements and Lean manufacturing
  • Since this job is about helping others to improve their processes it is very important to us that you have the ability to inspire and motivate others to drive change. This position is flexible and will include responsibility for activities on all EBM sites which means that you frequently will need to travel, both with long and short notice, it is therefore important for us that you have this flexibility.

Competences
List of competencies and qualifications applicable for SRM role:

  • University degree in business, engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Language skills: very good level in English, both writing and verbal
  • Generic IT system knowledge
  • Experience in VPS and working with Continuous improvement
  • MMOG/LE Lead Assessor (or time plan to become LA)
  • Leadership skills including Supplier interaction
  • Networking skills
  • Communication skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Customer Focused
