We are looking for a talented and experienced
Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

You will work with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and build custom solutions to meet their needs.

As a developer at Nexer, you will be given great responsibility and many opportunities. In your consulting role, you will be responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects and / or programs. The design of the assignments varies depending on the customer and what skills you have. Our customers are in different industries and we want to offer our customers industry-specific expertise.

On a typical day, you will:

Develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate) to automate business processes, build dashboards, and create reports;
Collaborate with business stakeholders and endusers to gather requirements and understand their needs;
Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices;
Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and user interfaces using Power Platform tools;
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and services as needed;
Create technical documentation and provide training and support to endusers.

Salary range:

CLT:R$ 6.000,00 to R$ 8.000,00

PJ: R$ 8.000,00 to R$ 11.000,00

What we expect from you:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, and experience in building custom solutions using these tools.
Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and services.
Knowledge of data modeling, workflow design, and user interface design.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and endusers to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An energetic and dynamic attitude.

It is not mandatory, but it will help you a lot in this process:

Microsoft Power Platform certification (such as Power Platform Developer Associate).
Experience in developing custom connectors, plugins, and custom connectors.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure.
Solid English command
