Team Overview:
The Strategy & Planning team supports and enables the business strategies for the Fintech group in 99.

They work closely with the different business leaders across Operations, Marketing, Product and Headquarters teams to analyze markets, player trends, and business models, and offer recommendations/structure plans for critical business decisions to upper management.

Role Responsibilities:

Indepth countrylevel market analysis, incl. regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape and customer/ product insight.
Play an important role in guiding the business leaders and teams to build up a deep, holistic and dataoriented understanding of 99's own Fintech product and services.
Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Fintech Business in Brazil.
Support headquarter, international strategy team, operational managers and functional team leaders in understanding the market, players, features, business models of Payments and Credit ecosystem on key initiatives.
Support the Brazil OKR setting, OKR breakdown, tracking, and analysis in coordination with the BI team.

Role Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant working experience in S&P, within payment and/or credit sectors (Acquiring, Issuer, Wallets and Digital Banks).
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills, ability to generate empathy with business stakeholders and manage effective collaborations with crossfunctional teams.
Have a big picture business understanding, embrace change, have curiosity, problem solving mindset, strong organization, independent, selfstarter and ability to multitask.
