GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Ad Buyer for our growth marketing team in the US to take charge with executing, monitoring, and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This is a permanently remote position that requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

The Role:

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and adjustments for ongoing optimization.
• Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement or expansion based on client feedback, industry trends, and performance insights, fostering a strong client-advertiser relationship
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, provide campaign updates, and address any concerns or questions promptly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a strong understanding of ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and make strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Experience working in US timezones (PST, CST, and/or EST) in the last 6 months.

Working conditions:

• Mondays - Fridays
• Fixed shift: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
• Working hours depends on your client hours - US timezones (PST, CST, and/or EST)
• Use of Hubstaff (a time tracker) during the full duration of your shift

Compensation range:

• R$3.000,00 - R$6.500,00 por mês
• Depende da experiência
