About the job

  • Being responsible for the entire payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of information.
  • Calculation of commissions.
  • Supporting daily and longterm tactical processes of employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, processing compensation changes, transfers/talent movement, mobility, timeoff and leaves, and other employee administrationrelated responsibilities.
  • Electronic Timekeeping calculation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
  • Administration of offered benefits.
  • Vendor management.
  • Union relations.
  • Preparation of indicator reports, such as Overtime and Turnover.
  • Acting as a Business Partner with District Managers.
  • Being the focal point for employee assistance, via Service Point tickets.
  • Internal HR actions.
About you

  • Completed higher education
  • 35 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Intermediate English
  • Spanish is a plus
