Responsibilities:
- Providing restaurant clients and dealer/sales partners with excellent customer service for our online ordering software and hardware.
- Restaurant end user training, and adjustments to restaurant POS configurations, as needed, to accommodate restaurants' specific needs
- Start with fielding and addressing Level 1 support calls expeditiously. Learn and grow into handling level 3 support calls.
- Handle 'Level 1' technical support and escalate technical support inquiries to appropriate staff
- Function as the 'Go To' person for communications with our restaurants and dealers/sales partners for our 'Go Live' group
- Interpret and diagnose issues from both the POS side and the TakeOut7 platform to achieve resolution for client issues
- Function in an administrative capacity for the operations department, including reporting status of ongoing projects to departmental and company leaders
- Scheduling and conducting orientation and training / golive calls with restaurant clients and or dealers/sales partners
- Quickly adjust roles and techniques when problem solving; be fully vested in the positive outcome and satisfaction of our end client
- Assess client needs and communicate them clearly to appropriate staff
- Work well with timelines and deadlines
- Monitor a project from beginning to end, working with the client and inhouse support to facilitate the progression of deals through the onboarding pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants to encourage participation in the onboarding process and open communication
General Requirements:
- 2+ years technical customer support experience, preferably in a technical call/support center environment
- Ability to take direction, yet autonomously accomplish assigned tasks and goals
- Excellent people skills
- Experience in working with platforms like HubSpot, Zoom and Slack
- Experience with Restaurants POS systems a must
- Detail oriented and strong technical ability
- Strong and demonstrated problem solve abilities
- Ability to set priorities and stick to a schedule
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly desirable
Must Have:
- Must have 2+ years work experience at a restaurant
- Must have 2+ years experience with a POS system in the restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours (although a typical day is 8:30 am 5:30 pm)
- Good working knowledge with Windows OS
- Ability to learn new software technologies quickly
- Excellent people skills
- Must have a related bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Pay:
R$125, R$150,000.00 per year
