The People Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining support activities to the People Manager, as well as administrative support to the People department and compliance with Kokku's benefits operational procedures; control of occupational health examinations and control of employees' working hours.

As a People Operations Analyst you will

  • Support the People Manager, receiving and keeping uptodate personnel files;
  • Responsible for the entire process of hiring employees, including issuing of LGPD and NDA, as well as doing all the control of PJs and CLT contracts ensuring the information and collection of signatures, as well as filing in the personnel dossiers;
  • Maintain the employee records in accordance with the Brazilian labor and social security laws;
  • Responsible for the inclusion and exclusion of employees from insurance policies, health, dental and life insurance policies;
  • Responsible for dispatching documents;
  • Onboarding new employees and supporting the onboarding of other areas;
  • Communicate weekly who are the new hires;
  • Maintain digital copies of the Internal Work Rules and IT Standards;
  • Support to the people department and responsible for administrative routines;
  • Responsible for the time reporting, sending the report every 15 days to the managers;
  • Responsible for all the administration of employee benefits, exclusion, inclusion and payments.

Requirements:


  • Graduation complete or in progress in Administration, Psychology or People Management;
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law CLT.

Would also be nice to have

  • Intermediate English, fluency would be a competitive advantage;
  • Domain of the office package: Microsoft, Word, Power Point, Excel.
