• Reservations + Booking
• Duties:
• Process all reservation requests, charges, changes, and cancellations.
• Document special requests.
• Answer questions any questions related to reservation, properties, resort amenities, local attractions and communities)
• Input and access data in the reservation system.
• Take initiative in the ability to make recommendations, and confidence in assessing and solving problems
• Ensure availability calendars and communication are regularly audited for accuracy between reservation systems and third parties.
• Adhering to occupancy limits and communicating resort rules
• Liaison with cleaners and maintenance staff
• Assist guest services team as necessary in overflow capacity to resolve guest issues
• Follow procedures to protect against credit card fraud
• On Call 2 weekends a month
• Requirements:
• Able to multitask
• Organized
• Computer literate
• Responsible
• Customer service oriented
• Bilingual (desired but not necessary)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From R$3,000.00 per month
